After having an absolutely horrible experience at another hotel, we ended up coming here under very stressful circumstances. The police actually dropped my family and me off here, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly understanding, welcoming, and kind to us. Stephanie and Jeremy especially went above and beyond. We had basically only been able to bring what we could carry with us, and they made sure we were okay and even made food for my kiddos. That meant more to us than they probably realize, especially after everything we had just dealt with. The room was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the hotel was nice , clean and quiet, which was exactly what our family needed that night. Every worker we interacted with was friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions we had. Stephanie and Jeremy, thank you so much for treating my family with kindness and making us feel safe and welcome when we really needed it. The difference between how we were treated here and where we had just come from was night and day. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially because of the people working here. ❤️
We ended up at this hotel after a really rough situation at another place, and I can’t say enough good things about how we were treated here. When we arrived, my wife was a nervous wreck from everything that had happened, and we had our two little kids with us and only the belongings we were able to carry. Stephanie and Jeremy immediately made us feel welcome. They were patient with my wife, helped us get settled, and even made food for our kids. As a husband and father, seeing people show that kind of compassion toward my family when we were having such a terrible night meant a lot to me. The hotel itself was quiet, the room was comfortable, and the AC worked great. Most importantly, we were finally able to relax and feel comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and answered anything we needed without an attitude. Stephanie and Jeremy turned what had been an awful night into a much better one for my family. You don’t forget people who treat your family well when they’re having a hard time. We’re very thankful for them and would absolutely stay here again.
