THANK YOU SO MUCH RIZ for your patience and help!! *Warning this might be a lengthy review* So I booked through a third party app (hopper) and that was a huge mistake. I’ve booked with hopper before but someone on their end did something very wrong this time. The reservation was put under ‘pay at hotel’ instead of prepaid- which I did through the hopper app. That caused the biggest headache ever. It was already late when we arrived but Riz and the front desk attendant (sorry I didn’t get his name) stayed with my husband and I the whole time making multiple calls trying to get to a resolution. (More than an hour) In the end hopper was BARELY any help. Riz came out of his own pocket partially for the room. I immensely appreciate his efforts, concerns, time and gesture in helping us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here’s more stars bc you deserve them all!!
We recently stayed at this location while travelling home from our holiday. Customer service was exceptional, close to food locations but most important to us the rooms were clean and affordable for a quick overnight stay. We would definitely recommend this location and if passing through again this will definiately be out overnight stay.
