We needed a last minute room to rest at the end of a long road trip. I called and spoke to des and he was so kind and helpful! He gave us a great deal and was willing to give us a late check out so we could catch up on sleep which was very needed! Upon arrival, he was so welcoming and pleasant! The breakfast options were the best we’ve had in a hotel in quite some time! Our interactions at checkout were just as pleasant with the 2 employees at the front desk. I would 100% recommend staying here for the customer service alone! Rooms were great too but customer service will win me over ever time!
This place was amazing. They helped me out of a tight spot. Traveling with pets is always exciting. I had booked a room at a near by motel . They were unwilling to accommodate my three cats. I called this establishment. I explained my situation. The night attendant was extremely helpful. She didn't even hesitate to offer me a room. After a 15hr drive it was a perfect end to a long day.
