This place was perfect and affordable for a mom with kids. We stayed in the room with three queen beds for 4 nights and rented a beach cart next door at Beach Bum rentals. The room was clean,beds were comfortable and the a/c was freezing cold. The room and beds have been updated since the pictures showing online. There is one grill outside that you can use if not in use. The towels weren’t great but I brought a big bag of my own along with a broom because it gets very sandy real quick. I would definitely stay again.
This is definitely not the Hilton, if you are looking for amenities, this is not the place for you. If you want a place to shower have cold A/C and a clean room with clean towels and sheets on a comfortable bed, this place works. The nice young couple running the motel are accommodating and very friendly. We asked for extra pillows and towels they were provided no problem. The beach is very close by and plenty of places to eat and shop if needed. We will stay here again.
