
I have been to this particular hotel several times... Every time they let me know how much they are trying to get new business and make things so much better for the customers...... And I'll have to say it is absolutely 100% true! I really dear friend of mine was on life support.. and I booked through Priceline and was told no refunds, this happened seconds before I was told a deer close friend of mine was on life support! It took forever to get through to anybody with Priceline same thing with my banking account, I was told no refunds, the management here WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND APOLOGIZED AND GAVE US ANOTHER NIGHT to stay on them... They would have given us a refund but asked for a free night instead.! AWESOME STAFF! THANK YOU OYO!

I lived at Express Inn for several years. I also am an employee. During the trying times in my life, this is where I called home. Some people stay as they are passing through and some people come and stay for long periods of time. The price is affordable. We constantly strive to do better and make everyone happy. Although we don’t win them all, we try our best. I have read all reviews and some are true and some are not. Some conditions are what people bring onto us here at the Express Inn. Remember that when you are a guest somewhere, to treat the property with respect. We treat each guest with respect and will continue to do so.
