A nice, simple place to spend the night. After reading some of the reviews I was very apprehensive to stay here. About the smell, it did stink a little at first. But some air fresheners took care of that. The 4th star is earned by being the only hotel on the island (that we could find) that accepted pets without a 75-dollar pet fee. (it was only 15 dollars). Please pay no attention to the bed bug 🐜 reviews, I did not have one big bite. The place is a little outdated and 'rough around the edges', and could use a little repair, but it's ok. The pool was locked, so I didn't experience that, but it looked ok. The microwave worked and looked brand new. The refrigerator was a little rusty and wasn't as cold as it should have been in my opinion. And plus, how are you going to get a hotel within walking distance from the beach, Walmart, gas stations, and countless restaurants for so cheap?
their rooms and accommodations may be a bit lacking compared to those around them, but honestly you can’t beat the price for a straight walk to the beach. this is a great place for the value, and let’s face it, ur going to the beach, how nice of a room do you really need? all your gonna do is sleep in it.
