After booking the rooms and then reading the reviews I became very worried I made a mistake, but after getting into the room it is about as clean as clean can be, I don't see any mold, the ac works well, the tv remote didn't work but I was able to get tv turned on and it was stuck on fxx which is totally fine with me. I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews because so far this seems like a pretty good deal. No this isn't gonna be like Hampton inn, but it's pretty nice for the price. I would definitely book here again

- Pets are allowed at an additional charge of $15 per pet per night with a maximum of 2 pets.
- Hotel reserves the right to cancel all unpaid/non-confirmed bookings post 6 PM on the date of check-in.
- Guest cannot receive a refund if they check in for 20 minutes or more after arrival.
- A damage deposit of USD50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property
- Early check-in from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 3:00 PM, $10 per hour each, depending on the availability of rooms.
- To check-in, guests will need to present valid identification at the hotel. These include Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent), government-issued passports, US government-issued IDs if driver's license is not available. A credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
