I dont usually write reviews, but I have to say this hotel was great! We booked 2 rooms one with 2 beds and the other with a jacuzzi this year and we were also here last year as well. Both were fantastic. The jacuzzi honeymoon sweet had only small issues such as a jet not working in the jacuzzi, a spider in the top corner of the room, and both rooms were a bit dated (all non problems). Besides that the rooms were perfect they both had soft beds and both smelled really nice upon entering. For being one of the cheapest hotels in Eureka it is certainly a great deal hands down. I have seen a couple reviews stating that they found roaches and rude customer service, but I have had no problems. No roaches and the man at the front desk is very straight to the point and polite. I will be booking this hotel every time I come to Eureka Springs.
I originally booked our stay through a 3rd party website and my dates were changed without me changing them and the 3rd party would not fix it. I called the hotel directly and explained what had happened and they were so nice and welcoming. They apologized for the mistake even though it was not their fault and fixed my reservation for the correct dates. I did have to pay a little bit more than I had already paid but I was ok with that. Room was nice, clean and actually quite big. Pretty location. Even has a go-kart, arcade, and mini golf right next door that isn't bad priced. Overall really enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs. Thank you for accommodating us with our messed up reservation. Definitely recommend Hotel O Eureka Springs to anyone staying in Eureka Springs!!!
