We went for a weekend getaway just my husband and I. We almost didn't book because of the reviews, but we had an issue with the reservation to begin with but it was on our end. We called the OYO guest service number and they were so helpful and gave us a discount for the inconvience, even though it was our mistake. When we got to the hotel, the staff was so friendly. We didn't hear any noises in our room but we were on the second floor and we were right off the elevator. Only thing is that we did request maid service and it never got done but we just asked for some towels and they gave us plenty. We did have a flat tire while there and the staff was so friendly while we were waiting for someone to come help us. We will definitely stay there again.
Great manager, Carol went out of her way to assist us!! Clean, easy access. Great pillows and bed!!!! Easy access to highway, slightly hidden behind front lot business. Pets welcome, area to walk pets. Awesome ac!! In room mini fridge and microwave. Byw bathroom clean, tub super clean!! Cost attractive!! Will be using again when we visit friends again - thank you Carol for being an awesome host❣️
