I recently booked a room through an online service ans my experience was horrible. I canceled my reservation through the online service and called and spoke to Carol at OYO Portage. She was super understanding and very nice to work with. She helped me get a new reservation directly through the hotel. I really appreciate her friendliness and her being helpful thank youuuu Carol !!!
I gave 4 stars because there was no ice and when asked for sugar and cream the guy said they will give some at breakfast even when I told him I drink a cup of coffee every night and I am diabetic needed my coffee but the room was clean and everything was in working condition
