We paid $310 for 4 nights and 5 days.. great value! We did however have to pay a $250 refundable security deposit, which they gave $225 of back not instantaneously upon checkout, but the morning after — after deducting a $25 cleaning fee. The pool was nice, there were not many other amenities and they tried almost not letting us stay because I’m 20 and my guest was 18, which I thought was a bit odd but everything worked out. The sink water smelled OFF, but I don’t think the hotel can control this. The man we texted brought us pillows, an extra blanket, and even toilet paper when we needed it! The younger lady and her mom at the front desk were really nice, as was the gentleman that brought us what we needed. We will certainly return. I see some of these reviews and I am baffled… do you expect the Ritz Carleton at this price tag? Not dissing on the place, it’s wonderful!
