Coming from florida back home to Cleveland tn, Amy the property manager was a God send ! We were tired and just wanted some sleep . Amy has went above and beyond to meet our needs and then some . Any problem we have had she had swiftly tried to accommodate. And or fix. I no longer see Amy as a manager ,she has became a friend . Highly recommend as a ok place to call home until a real home is found. Thanks Amy for all you have done and continue to do.
Ms. Liz had excellent customer service. She treated us like family but better, without the lies and deceit. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and she helped ensure my children were taken care of and safe until I returned. Totally above and beyond. Location of hotel and people around it didn't phase me because her kindness made everything great. Thank you OYO for having her on your team, as well as the other employees that have been a blessing to us!
