I had a wonderful experience at the Imperial Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Emily. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind and helpful. I encountered a few issues with my Booking.com reservation that led to my room being unexpectedly cancelled. Understandably, it was a stressful situation — but Emily handled it with such patience and professionalism. She took the time to listen carefully, reassured me, and guided me through the resolution process with empathy and grace. Her calm demeanor and clear communication made all the difference. Emily truly understands how to support guests during difficult moments, and her warm and attentive manner turned a stressful start into a positive experience. Great location! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Our rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were just as nice. Everything was spotless, and the beds were super comfy with good-sized bath towels. I really enjoyed the decor in the bar area. The cooked breakfast was delightful, and there was a fantastic variety of cereals, juices, tea, and coffee, all served by the lovely staff. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.
