Everything was wonderful. I especially appreciated the calm, relaxed, and friendly attitude of the staff when we arrived late at 1am. They were just as fantastic during breakfast, which made it so much easier to unwind. The artwork throughout the hotel was lovely, and the bright design and color scheme really stood out. The beds were super comfy, the linens were fresh, and the modern bathroom was spotless. I also enjoyed having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast selection was impressively varied, rivaling what you’d expect at a 4 or 5-star hotel. One particular incident highlighted the professionalism of the staff for me. A guest arrived at the same time as us, and in a freak accident, the glass door shattered. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the staff member at the reception remained composed and immediately checked on her, offering assistance and ensuring she was okay. She was understandably a bit shaken but relieved to be fine and just wanted to get to bed. The next morning, everything was repaired and back to normal. It was handled so professionally, and it was clear that a 24/7 emergency response team must have come in right after the incident. This whole experience really spoke volumes about the hotel and its management. Plus, the price per night is an absolute bargain considering all the amenities included.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean, with lovely rooms. We encountered a minor issue with our booking through Booking.com, as we had reserved a triple room, but the hotel does not offer this type. After driving over 500 miles from the Highlands of Scotland, we were a bit disappointed to find only two beds in our room, especially as there were three adult men. However, the two wonderful receptionists were fantastic and arranged an additional room for us at no extra cost. The rooms were stunning, modern, and very spacious, with lovely bathrooms, a work desk, a large wall-mounted TV, and extremely comfortable and clean beds. There is plenty of parking available, even for large trucks, and the rooms are well-equipped and contemporary, all within walking distance of the town centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and truly outstanding; they deserve five stars on their own. We will definitely stay here again, but if you are booking through this site, I recommend confirming the number of beds in the room with the hotel first. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on-site, but we arrived quite late, and it had already closed. You might think it would be noisy with a McDonald's next to the hotel and traffic, but it wasn't at all; we had a lovely night's sleep.
