We arrived a bit early, but the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The owner kindly let us check into our room ahead of time. The location was perfect for our event in Sunderland, and there was ample street parking available at the back of the hotel. We noticed a charming Italian restaurant on the premises, and the aroma of the food was simply mouthwatering. Unfortunately, it was fully booked, so we missed out on trying it this time. However, this just gives us another reason to come back to the La Spada Hotel in the future!
Absolutely stunning!!! The accommodation is just beautiful, and Roberto is such a wonderful host!!! The charm and hospitality are truly reminiscent of old-school Italian warmth! He even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which had the coziest bed and the softest bedding—so clean and inviting! Fresh towels and tea and coffee were a lovely touch… I can't wait to enjoy a meal here and stay at the BNB again! Ally 👌❤️
