I read so many complains about the security guards but it’s been almost 2 months living here and I don’t have any bad experience with them (hopefully will be consistent). The rooms are so affordable!! But don’t expect it would look like high class apartment. It is live able and I recommend people to rent the unfurnished rooms because you could customize your own space since you won’t have a lot of space (for studio rooms) and the rent price is so cheap for me. I heard they will rebuild the gym for one month (hopefully will be faster cuz I need access to the gym asap). I also don’t like the freight elevator because it sounds scary. That’s it so far.
