Dapat sewa bulanan dgn harga lebih murah karena langsung ke pemilik unit, full furnish, dan alhamdulillah view nya jg bagus banged, dapet suasana hijau2 dan kota sekaligus, disebelahnya itu ada tanah kosong yg setiap hujan menggenang jadi seperti danau, tiap pagi lihat biawak berenang kesana kemari, dan tiap menjelang malam nikmat banged dengerin suara kodok dan teman2 nya, kalau malam pas cerah bisa lihat bulan bersinar sambil tiduran, serasa sedang berlibur setiap hari😃 Cari makan jg mudah, di lantai lobby bnyk kios dan diluar sekitar apart jg banyak, lokasi strategis dekat Tol, puskesmas dan rumah sakit, Pasar modern jg dekat, parkir mobil dan motor masih leluasa, ada fasilitas gym dan kolam renang, sampai saat ini saya merasa nyaman disini👍🏼.
