Kamarnya bersih dan fasilitasnya standar sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Keuntungannya adalah lokasinya yang dekat dengan pusat kota, aksesnya juga mudah, bisa naik mobil pete-pete atau lebih praktis lagi menggunakan ojek online. Untuk harga, meskipun saat pesan online harganya di bawah 90 ribu, tetap saja saat sampai di wisma harus membayar 90 ribu. Tapi masih lebih baik daripada tidak pesan online yang harganya 120 ribu. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi yang mencari penginapan murah, nyaman, dan dekat dengan pusat kota.
