(Translated by Google) I've never stayed there, but I had an unpleasant experience there. One of the employees covered up a guest's mistake and hid the location of the room when the legal wife was looking for it. Luckily, it didn't create a fuss because it's close to the police station. Imagine if you had to deal with the police, what would the hotel's image be like just because of one employee? Please pay attention to the employee's performance. (Original) Saya belum pernah menginap hanya saja, saya mengalami hal tidak menyenangkan disana. Salah satu Pegawai menutupi kesalahan penginap dan menyembunyikan posisi kamar yg menginap ketika istri sah mencari. Untung tidak dibuat rame krn berdekatan dgn kantor polisi, coba klo sudah berurusan dgn polisi gmn citra hotel hny krn salah satu karyawanx. Mohon di perhatikan kinerja karyawanx.
(Translated by Google) My first stay here, and I was quite satisfied. I chose a room for 2 adults and 1 child, and the price was within my budget. The location is quite accessible. The service is good. The facilities are good, including a water heater, mini fridge, wardrobe, TV, AC, free bottled water, and a fairly spacious parking area. The only downside is that the AC needs to be improved, as it's not working optimally. (Original) Pertama kali nginep disini, lumayan puas, pilih kamar untuk 2 dewasa & 1 anak harganya masuk d budget. Lokasi cukup mudah d akses. Pelayanan bagus. Fasilitas oke mulai waterheater, kulkas mini, lemari, tv, AC, dapat free air mineral, & parkiran mobil lumayan luas. Kekurangannya mungkin ACnya perlu diperbaiki lagi, karena kurang maksimal.
