We hosted our daughter’s 18th birthday party at Baylis House events venue. I would like to say that the manager, Paul is one of the best in the business. Paul made sure all our requests were considered and our dealings with each other were very friendly. Paul made sure the hall set-up was done as per our requirements, food prepared as per our specifications and the hall was cleaned and tables laid out beautifully. All in all, we enjoyed and all the guests were amazed to see this hidden venue. I am sure some of the guests will now consider Baylis House for their functions. I would also add his deputy Hamza was also very good and attentive to our requests. Thanks you Paul, Hamza and the Baylis team for making our party super special. We didn’t use the hotel rooms so can’t rate them.

From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly, leaving us with absolutely no complaints. A special thank you goes to Paul, our primary contact, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and always easily accessible. His guidance and professionalism made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. The night itself was a resounding success; our guests thoroughly enjoyed every moment, and the atmosphere was simply perfect. A highlight was the food, which received great reviews from everyone.
