I had an exceptionally great experience here. Upon reading reviews, this is absolutely the place to stay if you're looking to be in a VERY well located spot on an affordable budget. I'll preface this review with stating that this obviously not a five star hotel so if that's the experience you're after then I would recommend otherwise and a few extra hundred to thousand pounds. Eyaz the manager of the accomodation was incredibly hospitable. I would recommend requesting a room facing Dorset Square park (I loved room 313 on the third floor). My experience included excellent wifi, shower on the smaller side but clean bathroom, wardrobe space to place my suitcases, black out curtains and a complimentary coffee-pod machine at reception. This was plenty for someone like me who sleeps easy, was out and about for the most part and wanted somewhere fuss-free, safe and comfortable to land between exploring! I would absolutely recommend this accomodation and even more, I'd recommend that if you do have particular things that make or break your accomodation experience to simply reach out with a request and have a conversation to avoid disappointment. Eyaz is very honest, helpful and you're in good hands here.

We stayed for just one night, but it was a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Carrie, in particular, was wonderful; she surprised our daughter with a small gift and a handmade card for her 18th birthday. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived a few hours early, so we could explore without any hassle. The same was true after we checked out—we left our bags to enjoy our last day and picked them up at 8:30 pm, all for free. The location is fantastic, just a quick 5-minute stroll from Marylebone and even closer to Baker Street tube station. The hotel was tidy, though it could use a fresh coat of paint. There were a few marks on the carpet in the spacious room, which had three double beds. The beds were firm yet clean and comfortable. While it may not be the Ritz, for the price, I would absolutely stay here again. We were looking for something affordable and convenient, and this place was just right for us.
