Terrible check in service....link is not in the email as it states and it took over an hour to get access code and room number...that being said the guy we rang was helpful with agoda...the number to call didn't answer after multiple attempts ge did eventually get back to us though and was extremely helpful. We came to Belfast as an emergency as my partner passed away. The room was good, bed comfy, has everything you need....my only big complaint was the noise....the walls are so thin!! The room next to us was banging out the music on and off every night we stayed till between 3 and 5 am and if it wasn't the music it was his very loud tv!! That was not fun plus whoever was in that room there had people constantly coming and going girls, lads all night, we could hear every conversation word for word! I don't really mind what others do as a rule but getting hardly no sleep because of it was just pants!! If you want a good night's sleep I would not stay here!! Otherwise hotel was OK cheap and close to City centre, bars and places to eat
We have stayed four nights in this accommodation. We were very cautious because the reviews on Google are not good. We received the codes 24 hours before our arrival and the access to the room was perfect. First of all, the location is fantastic, in a university district very close to the city centre. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room and common areas were clean and tidy. Although we didn't use it, there was a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The heating worked perfectly, as did the hot water. Highly recommendable accommodation.
