We were a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, but we were genuinely delighted with our stay. I’m not sure what issues others faced with check-in or door codes, but everything went perfectly for us. The room was spotless and well-organized, and we had towels ready for the private bathroom. Plus, there was a kitchen and a communal area to enjoy. One thing to note, though... After receiving all the texts about check-in and the codes for the house and room, we got another message on WhatsApp asking for my card details again, even though I had already settled the payment. I chose to ignore it since it seemed a bit off. Thankfully, it wasn’t needed, and nothing came of it. Just a little heads up! Overall, it was fantastic value for the price.

This place is super convenient! Just a quick 5-minute stroll to the cafés and bars on Botanic Avenue, plus some great vintage shops. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the Odyssey/SSE Arena and roughly 25 minutes to the city center. Queens University is really close by too. The check-in process is a breeze with the electronic code, and they’re available by phone if you need any help. The room is situated in a charming old Victorian house. The bed is cleverly tucked away in a cozy nook, which really helps keep out any street noise. It’s a snug setup! The TV has all the channels you could want, and the ensuite works perfectly. There’s even a kettle for your coffee or tea fix!
