The location was absolutely ideal for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was just right. My room was spotless and well-organized, complete with extra pillows. It would have been nice to have air conditioning, but I hear that's on the way. They kindly allowed us an extra half hour for check-out since I have a disability. The bathroom was wonderfully spacious for accessibility. There was plenty of room in the room itself. It was a perfect spot for shopping and all the necessary amenities.
A special shoutout to Jack at the Front Desk. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely caring—he truly went the extra mile to enhance our experience. The room was lovely, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was dedicated, all in a great location.
