My partner and I spent the weekend at the OYO from Friday to Sunday, enjoying two restful nights. Our hostess was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The room was spotless and featured a private bathroom, which was a nice touch. We appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, and a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from a local shop for snacks, and it's conveniently located not far from the metro center. We’re definitely looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Newcastle. For a budget hotel, it was truly a delightful place to be!
We really enjoyed our stay at Gemma; she made us feel right at home. The staff were all fantastic, especially Kash, who deserves a special mention. The hotel features a bar with pool tables and darts, which was a lot of fun. We ended up booking an extra night because the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. It was an affordable and cheerful experience, with the town center just a quick 10-minute Uber ride away for around £10.
