My partner and I spent the weekend at the OYO from Friday to Sunday, enjoying two restful nights. Our hostess was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The room was spotless and featured a private bathroom, which was a nice touch. We appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, and a fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from a local shop for snacks, and it's conveniently located not far from the metro center. We’re definitely looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Newcastle. For a budget hotel, it was truly a delightful place to be!
The rooms are located in a charming pub, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noise at all in the rooms. They were spotless, the beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom featured both a bath and a shower, with the heating being wonderfully warm. There was also a desk and chair, which made it easy for me to get some work done. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, there’s free parking in a secure area right next to the pub. If you’re after something straightforward and great value, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again!
