The reception and pub are absolutely delightful! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the cozy seating arrangements, which create a lovely environment for both casual chats and more intimate gatherings. The drinks selection is impressive, and I found the menu to be quite varied, catering to all tastes. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy some quality time with friends or family. Highly recommend!
The staff, including the cleaning crew and the manager, were absolutely wonderful. While the hotel isn't located in the heart of the action, it has fantastic transport links; we found it easy to catch a bus to the city center, and the metrocentre was just a pleasant walk away. The hotel features an adorable ship theme, making it a charming and affordable hidden treasure.
