Be careful, those who arrive early are better advised, because we had to wait, but they kindly offered to look after them while we went into town! The heating in the room didn't work, but they were able to find a solution and brought us a fan heater which heated very well! In addition to that, the hotel is very well located, the park is very pleasant, there are bus lines that pass 5 minutes from the hotel which take you directly to Picadilly circus for less than 5 pounds, the same for Notting Hill . (Original) Très bonne expérience, personnel très agréable et sérieux ! La chambre était propre, l’eau chaude fonctionnait très bien ! Attention, ceux qui arrive tôt il vaut mieux prévenir, car nous avons du attendre, mais ils nous ont gentiment proposé de les garder pendant qu’on aller en ville ! Le chauffage de la chambre ne marcher pas, mais ils ont su trouver une solution et nous ont apporter un radiateur soufflant qui chauffer très bien ! En plus de ça, l’hôtel est très bien placé, le parc est très agréable, il y a des lignes de bus qui passe à 5min de l’hôtel qui amène directement à Picadilly circus à moins de 5 livres, pareil pour Notting Hill.
