Um hotel simples e muito bem situado, perfeito para o que precisávamos. Passamos o dia explorando a cidade e, ao voltar, encontramos um quarto limpo e acolhedor, com um ótimo chuveiro e chaleira. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos, nos emprestaram adaptadores de tomada, anteciparam nosso café da manhã e fizeram de tudo para nos agradar. Ficamos muito satisfeitos!
The location couldn't be better! You can easily walk to all the main spots, and London Victoria is just a quick 7-minute stroll away. I took the National Express bus from the hotel to Heathrow, which was only a 5-minute walk, and it cost a fantastic €10.50, taking just 50 minutes. The reception staff is amazing, especially Dino, who is super friendly and incredibly helpful!
