We visited London for our honeymoon, and upon mentioning this during check-in, the hotel staff prepared a truly delightful surprise for us. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we were kindly presented with wine and chocolates. This was a very thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the hotel staff, particularly Shaik and Maaz at the reception desk, for their professionalism.We are also especially grateful to the breakfast team. Although we did not catch the names of the girls from Ukraine, they warmly congratulated us on our wedding. Additionally, as it was my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with a cake and kindly sang for him. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable.The room itself was comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the presence of a microwave, which allowed us to conveniently heat our meals in the evenings.While the breakfast selection was not very extensive, it included everything necessary: a traditional English breakfast, fruits, yogurts, cereals, and, most importantly, excellent coffee.We will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends and would be delighted to return in the future.

I’m glad you asked. The club double room is impossibly small. Nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries in the loo. Also, where do 2 people put luggage except the floor, which makes the room even smaller. Because we preferred no steps, we were given the club double across the street because it has a lift. In hindsight, we may have had more room in the main bldg. Nevertheless, we do love the hotel, so perhaps next time we will ask to be moved.This was our 2nd stay in 2 years. We love the location, and staff is always helpful, whether it’s housekeeping, front desk, or maintenance. We were very happy to have A/C turned on during the London hot spell in May. So many things to love about PGPC. When we return to London, this will be our spot.
