I would have appreciated having a duvet on the bed, as I found the air conditioning made the room a bit chilly. The pillowcase seemed a bit small for the pillow, which made it quite firm. I would have liked to have two softer pillows. The toilet roll holder was slightly out of my reach. I would have preferred a shower cubicle instead of a bath. I was a bit surprised to notice that two of the bedroom walls had several spots of chipped paint. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. My room was easy to access, and both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean.
We really couldn't find anything to complain about. Unless you count the fire alarm going off at 1:30 AM! 😂😴😴 Thankfully, it was just a false alarm, and we didn't have to evacuate. Safety is definitely a priority. The hotel was outstanding, absolutely brilliant. The location was perfect for our evening plans. Parking was just £10 for the whole day, which was a fantastic deal. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, even arranging a taxi for us. Breakfast was delicious, and I would highly recommend it. Our room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was super comfy.
