Located in the heart of the city, this hotel was a fantastic choice for my business trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and professionalism. The decor tells a story tied to aviation, which is really unique! My room was spotless and super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after long meetings. The 24-hour room service was so convenient. I enjoyed their fish and chips for dinner. they were some of the best I've had! If you're looking for a place with great accessibility features and clean facilities, this hotel is definitely worth booking.

There was no electric kettle in the room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Some electrical outlets were not working. The garden could benefit from better maintenance. This hotel is a place rich in history, closely linked to aviation, having been built in 1939, at the same time as the first airport in London. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is satisfactory, with an excellent fresh fruit salad. In the restaurant, the fish and chips are tasty, but the portions are very generous (one portion is more than enough for two people).
