The hotel's location was fantastic as we were exploring the Christmas markets, and it was conveniently close to a restaurant where we had booked for dinner. However, the room we were assigned seemed to be right above the delivery entrance/back doors, and it was quite noisy! Aside from that, no issues at all!

The location is brilliant! We travelled up from London for the Elliot John Concert, and this hotel was just a short stroll from everything, including the AO arena. The breakfast team was amazing; as we had to leave early, they prepared our breakfast to take with us. I would certainly recommend this hotel!
