I absolutely adored how my partner and I arrived at the hotel. We did book quite late, but the lovely lady at reception immediately recognized us and asked if we were Hannah. She was incredibly attentive and showed us to our room. I must say, my partner travels all over the UK, and we both know Premier Inn beds are the best! This bed was massive and honestly the most comfortable one we've ever slept in, even better than our own at home. Since we both work in different cities, it’s rare for us to be in the same place, but we had a clear schedule this time. The check-out was at 11am, and with our busy lives and such a cozy bed, we didn’t manage to get up on time. The polite staff woke us up at 12:15 and still let us shower and get ready, allowing us to leave by 1pm. The staff truly went above and beyond to help us, even the night staff when we wanted to step out for a quick cigarette. I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady at reception, but she was fantastic! Huge thanks to all the staff, especially for letting us enjoy a little extra sleep!

The staff was incredible! From the moment we arrived at 2 am, Mohammad took great care of us. He even provided us with toothpaste since no stores were open, which was so thoughtful of him. He didn't have to do that, as the hotel didn't supply any, but he generously offered his own to ensure we had a pleasant stay. His friendly demeanor made us feel truly looked after. I accidentally overslept, and Mohammad greeted me with nothing but kindness and understanding. I really valued those thoughtful gestures and will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay with clean rooms and a convenient location.
