We stayed in room 914, which was a fantastic size and offered a lovely view of the Liver Building and the Mersey. The reception team, bar staff, and all the restaurant personnel were outstanding, just like always. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the Three Graces, the ferry terminal, museums, and making your way to the Albert Docks. If you exit the hotel and turn left, you'll find a charming courtyard that leads you right into the heart of the town. Everything worth seeing is just a short walk from the hotel. We opted for the bed and breakfast package, and the breakfast was superb, featuring a wide variety of both cold and hot dishes, along with juices, coffee, and tea.

I had a wonderful experience with a lovely girl named Ella who checked me in early, which was super helpful since I was in town for the Liverpool game and the official check-in time was at 3! My room was delightful—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, plus I had an amazing view of the Liver Building, which was such a nice surprise! I was a bit concerned about the room temperature, but it was easy to control, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future because it was just hassle-free, charming, with a pristine room and great value for what I paid.
