Regrettably, I was unable to stay at your hotel due to illness on the day of my reservation. I understand that refunds are not part of your policy, so I didn’t pursue that option. However, I want to express that I found your establishment to be quite professional, and I look forward to the day I can visit! Plug sockets near the mirrors would be really helpful. They're essential for anyone who wants to style their hair! Also, I found it a bit surprising to be charged £5 to store our bags for an hour after checking out. I've never encountered that before, and it felt a little like a way to make extra cash. It's a pity because the overall experience was so lovely. The location was fantastic, the rooms were wonderful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly.
