The location was fantastic! It was conveniently close to the hippodrome and shopping center, yet still tucked away from the noisy hustle and bustle. There was a wonderful mix of cultures all around. We had a great night's sleep; the bed was super comfy. The bar offered drinks at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was simply amazing! There was so much variety to choose from, including a full English breakfast, cereals, yogurts with fresh fruit, make-your-own pancakes, and delicious pastries. Plus, there was a full selection of hot and cold beverages. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the car park was right next door. While larger vehicles might find the parking a bit tight, it’s definitely possible to park safely. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed the location! The rooms were a bit snug for two single beds, but it was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. On my first day, I went to the front desk to request a hairdryer since there wasn't one in the room. They assured me it would be sent up, but it never arrived. After waiting a while, I decided to go back down and ask again. They promised to send it up once more, but I didn't want to take any chances this time, so I opted to wait at the front desk. They were very apologetic and ended up giving me the hairdryer along with a welcome voucher for two. That really turned my frown upside down! What fantastic service!
