What a wonderful hotel! The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, and the check-in process was super quick. Our room was fantastic—spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including an iron and ironing board, and it was impeccably clean. We appreciated having a fridge in the room, and it was a delightful surprise to find a few complimentary drinks waiting for us inside! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and conveniently close to numerous bars, restaurants, and the Hippodrome Theatre. Plus, it's only a brief stroll to Cabot Circus. All in all, we had an amazing stay and would definitely consider booking here again!
Our Pride weekend was made even more memorable thanks to this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive — a special shoutout to Kai, who was not only professional and soothing but also genuinely kind in every interaction. He went above and beyond to reassure me after I accidentally broke a glass and ensured I had safe gluten-free options at breakfast because of my coeliac condition. Ioan and Griffin at the bar were also amazing — fun, friendly, and made us feel like VIPs. The air conditioning was a total lifesaver in the 34°C heat, and my upgraded room was bright, cozy, and immaculate with a lovely bath. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend!
