I had a truly enjoyable experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-kept, and the overall management was outstanding – everything was managed seamlessly and professionally. It’s also very affordable, making it an excellent option for anyone seeking comfort without breaking the bank. For a budget hotel, you get all the essential amenities you need, such as en-suite showers, a smart TV, coffee/tea, and a cozy bed for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Gloucester city center just a 5-minute walk away, which is perfect. I had a wonderfully refreshing shower with high-pressure hot water that felt amazing and contributed to a great night’s sleep on clean bed linens. A special mention goes to the staff members Mahnoor Khan, Anthony, Izzy, and the manager Nanda – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive during my stay. Their warm demeanor truly made a difference. This will definitely be my top choice if I’m in search of a budget hotel. I’m looking forward to returning and will certainly recommend this place to my friends and family!

I had visited this hotel several years back and my experience was not great as the place was quite dirty and poorly maintained. However, I found myself needing to stay here again last week since it was the only option available, and I wasn't too excited about it. To my surprise, my second visit was fantastic! The hotel is now under new management, and I had a wonderful stay. The reception area is tidy and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has been beautifully redecorated and is very clean. The rooms are just right, complete with a nice-sized TV. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers excellent value for money. I will certainly be choosing this hotel for my upcoming business trips!
