Everything was fantastic! The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. There was a kettle with tea, milk, sugar, and coffee, along with mugs. I appreciated the two bottles of water and glasses provided. The room had a chair and a bin, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The double bed had a firm mattress and pillows, just how I like it, and the duvet was super comfy and cozy. The 32" TV was a nice touch, and there were plenty of electric sockets available. The bathroom was also a decent size, tidy, and clean, complete with towels and toiletries, plus a hairdryer and hanging space. I was so comfortable that I decided to stay in bed and skip breakfast (which I believe was continental?). It’s just a 5-minute stroll from the railway station, shopping, and bus stops. Even with other guests around, it was surprisingly quiet, unlike some other well-known chains! I had stayed here before when it was under a different name, but it definitely seems to have improved. Both ladies at the reception were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.

Phòng rộng rãi, được trang bị đầy đủ và lý tưởng cho một kỳ nghỉ thư giãn. Tôi phải đặc biệt ghi nhận ông Abdu, người đã rất chu đáo trong suốt thời gian tôi ở đây. Ông thực sự đã nỗ lực hết mình để đảm bảo tôi cảm thấy như ở nhà và có mọi thứ tôi cần. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng rất thuận tiện, chỉ cách Ga Newport một quãng ngắn, nhưng vẫn yên tĩnh và thanh bình. Bữa sáng thật tuyệt vời, cung cấp một sự đa dạng tuyệt vời, và tất cả nhân viên đều lịch sự và chu đáo. Tóm lại, tôi hoàn toàn khuyên bạn nên chọn Khách sạn Belville – đặc biệt là nhờ ông Abdu và đội ngũ tuyệt vời. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại!
