Everything was splendid. Particularly the calm, relaxed, friendly, and helpful attitude of the staff when we arrived very late at 1am. And again during breakfast - it was simply fantastic to experience such warmth while trying to unwind. The artwork throughout the hotel was delightful, and the bright design and colour scheme were uplifting. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the modern bathroom was immaculate. I also appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities. The variety at breakfast was incredibly impressive, rivaling what you would expect at a 4 or 5-star hotel. One incident really highlighted the professionalism of the establishment for me. A guest arrived at the same time as us, and due to a freak accident, the glass door shattered. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the staff member at reception remained composed and professional, checking if she was okay and if she needed any medical assistance. She was understandably a bit shaken but relieved to be fine and just wanted to get to bed. The next morning, everything was repaired and back to normal. The way the situation was handled spoke volumes about the hotel and its management team. And considering all that’s included, the price per night is an absolute steal.

I found myself in a bit of a predicament when I discovered that my hotel was closed. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, even though her hotel was fully booked. I was supposed to return to Crewe at 10:45 the following day for another night at my closed hotel, and she assured me that she would make sure I was well taken care of if I decided to stay at hers. I opted for this choice, especially after realising I had lost my phone! Once again, she was more than accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Truly excellent!
