I found myself in a bit of a predicament when I discovered that my hotel was closed. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, even though her hotel was fully booked. I was supposed to return to Crewe at 10:45 the following day for another night at my closed hotel, and she assured me that she would make sure I was well taken care of if I decided to stay at hers. I opted for this choice, especially after realising I had lost my phone! Once again, she was more than accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Truly excellent!
Everything was absolutely fantastic! Ellie welcomed us with open arms and was incredibly helpful! We chose this hotel for its excellent value and its proximity to Crewe station. We took the train to Liverpool Lime Street for a wedding in the city. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful - there were plenty of options, the sausages were delicious, and the coffee was superb! David was very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, we had a brilliant two-night stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you!
