The hotel is beautiful and spotless with fantastic rooms. We encountered a slight issue with our booking through Booking.com, as we had reserved a triple room, which the hotel does not actually offer. After driving over 500 miles from the Highlands of Scotland, we were a bit disappointed to find only two beds in our room, especially as there were three adult men. However, the two female staff members at reception were incredible and quickly arranged an additional room for us at no extra cost. The rooms were stunning, modern, and very spacious, complete with lovely bathrooms, a desk for working, a large wall-mounted TV, and super comfortable, clean beds. There is ample parking, even for larger vans, and the rooms are well-equipped and contemporary, plus it's just a short walk into the town centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful, cheerful, and truly amazing; they deserve five stars on their own. We would definitely stay here again, but I would recommend confirming the number of beds in a room when booking. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on-site, but we arrived too late to enjoy them as they were closed. You might think it would be noisy with a McDonald's right next door and the traffic, but this was not the case at all; we had a wonderful night's sleep.

Everything was fantastic. Particularly the tranquility, friendliness, and flexibility of the staff when we arrived late at 1 am. Again during breakfast – it was truly lovely to experience such warmth while trying to relax. The artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful, and the design and colours were bright and cheerful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the furnishings were new, and the modern bathroom was spotless. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The variety of the breakfast was truly impressive, rivaling what you would expect in a 4 or 5-star hotel. One incident really highlighted the professionalism of the staff. A guest arrived at the same time as us and, in a strange turn of events, the glass door shattered. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but the receptionist remained calm and professional, checking to see if she was alright and if she needed any medical assistance. She was a bit shaken but reassured that these things happen and was just relieved to get to her room. By the next morning, everything had been repaired and returned to normal. The way the situation was handled speaks volumes about the hotel and its management team. Considering all that is included, the price per night is an excellent deal.
