Our room was fantastic with a lovely balcony, though we did find the TV a bit small for the space. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local spots that we checked out on our way home. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown... there was no one at the desk, and while the food was decent, the coffee machine only dispensed water, so we had to rely on sachets. The bacon was quite overcooked and not edible, which disappointed our son, and the beans were served cold. However, the small selection of fruit, yogurt, and berries was nice, and there was plenty of bread available. The car parking situation was really well organized. It’s a pity they don’t offer evening meals and the bar was closed during our stay. We would definitely return, as the room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, having a McDonald's in the car park isn’t too bad!

I found myself in a bit of a predicament when I realized my hotel was closed. Fortunately, the receptionist was incredibly helpful, even though her hotel was fully booked. I was supposed to return to Crewe at 22.45 the following day for another night at my 'closed' hotel, and she promised that she would look after me if I chose to stay at her place. I ultimately decided to go with her hotel—especially after discovering I had misplaced my phone! Once again, she went out of her way to help me. The room was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was a real treat. Truly outstanding service!
