The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, incredibly helpful. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay; the place was clean and warm, and my room met all my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly return. There's a McDonald's right next door, and it's close to the train station, the stadium, and the city centre.

I had a reservation at the Crewe Arms Hotel, but they cancelled my booking, so I had to seek alternative accommodation. Could someone please advise me on how to obtain a refund for the original booking? I would be grateful if you could get in touch with information regarding the refund timeline.
