I arrived a bit late, so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the facilities. However, during my brief stay, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed and pillows were among the best I've ever experienced. I did make sure to call the hotel because I left a personal item in the room that was very meaningful to me, even if it wasn't of high monetary value. I was quite anxious to retrieve it and spoke with a lovely lady named Kelsey. She reached out to me multiple times, far more than I anticipated, to ensure I got my item back safely. Many might think this is standard service, but in my experience, it’s not always the case. I want to express my gratitude to Kelsey 🙏 and I even called the hotel to request that she be recognized in any team meetings or customer appreciation discussions. I will definitely return to this hotel; for me, the staff's service is just as important as the room itself, and both were excellent here. Plus, it’s a fantastic value and conveniently located for exploring Dundee City.

The value for money was fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. The car park was spacious, and the entrance was clean and welcoming. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, especially a lovely young lady who made me feel right at home. The bar area was very well-kept and tidy, although the prices were a bit on the higher side, which is typical for hotels. The staff were among the friendliest I've encountered. The young lady working that night assisted me with my food order and drink choices, and the gentleman who delivered it was warm and inviting throughout. My room was delightful—very comfortable and beautifully presented. I truly enjoyed my stay, though I think it’s the little touches that count. A bit more coffee, sugar, tea, milk, and maybe some hot chocolate would be great, especially since Dundee can be quite chilly!
