The location was ideal for us, serving as a great base for our activities. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Although we didn't reserve a disabled room since my husband uses crutches and has Parkinson's, he is still mobile, just a bit slower. The staff proactively moved us to a room closer to the entrance without us even asking. Even though the property has recently come under new ownership and they are working on some improvements before starting evening meals, they provided us with helpful information about local meal delivery options and nearby restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick stopover, just needed a place to freshen up and get some rest for the night. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and courteous, and he gladly switched my room to a double since I accidentally booked a single. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi or have breakfast, but overall, it had everything I needed—affordable, cheerful, and practical. It was nicer than many travel lodges, with rooms comparable to Premier Inn but at a better price.
