First off, I want to express my gratitude to Adil and Amir for their professionalism, warmth, and support during my stay. (Mobility Scooter user) My single room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly suited for my three-night visit. The sea view was fantastic, and there was more than enough space for my clothes and belongings. The wall-mounted TV, along with tea, coffee, and milk provided, was a nice touch. I was promptly informed upon arrival that I could request more supplies at any time. My bed was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. BREAKFAST: Billy, the chef, is truly a gem! He prepares everything fresh to order and is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread includes both continental and cooked options, and having a choice of eggs with my cooked breakfast was a delightful bonus. Thank you, Billy! Now, regarding the hotel itself, after reading some reviews, I can say that yes, it may show some signs of age in certain areas, and the hot water takes a bit longer to reach the second floor. However, let's keep in mind that this is an older building, so it's quite easy to let the shower run until the water warms up. In my opinion, Trevelles offers great value for the price. If you're seeking a 5-star luxury experience, this might not be the right fit for you, so instead of booking and then voicing complaints, consider choosing a more upscale option. The hotel is set for significant renovations, and I would be more than happy to return, whether in its current slightly worn state or after the refurbishment is completed.
