The hotel is within walking distance from the town area and is located on a hill, so if you can choose a room on the second floor, you can enjoy a wonderful view and comfort. The area is lively with many young people gathering, and there are plenty of activities, which made me want to stay for a long time. The laundry service being available only until 6 PM is a bit inconvenient, but it's a good point that there are Japanese staff available for easy consultation.
