What’s not to love? The place was spotless, easy to locate, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged. The tea, coffee, and kitchenette amenities were fantastic as well. We visited to celebrate my partner's birthday, and I reached out when I booked back in February to see if they could add some decorations to the room. They truly exceeded my expectations, going beyond just the requested banner and balloons 🎈 by also providing a lovely cake and a Harry Potter keychain at no extra charge! Marek, who gave us a tour of the property and explained the breakfast setup, was incredibly friendly and even sent us some recommendations for dining in the town center. Sam, who noticed us arriving with our bags, kindly offered to help carry them to our room. We were able to park in the designated area and stroll into the town center, which took us about 15-20 minutes to reach the top of the high street, and I’m a pretty slow walker!

I just returned from an AMAZING stay at Ricky Road Guest House! Our charming suite was tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The space was utilized perfectly and had everything we could possibly need. Marek was fantastic, taking excellent care of us from the moment we arrived and throughout our visit. If you're looking for restaurant suggestions, he's definitely the person to ask! Sam was also super responsive on WhatsApp, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. I’d rate the customer service a solid 10 out of 10! There’s a Tesco supermarket just a short 6-minute walk away for any essentials you might require. My son and I had a wonderful time exploring Warner Bros Studios "The Making of Harry Potter" and all the amazing sights Central London has to offer. Both the studio and Luton airport are easily accessible via public transport or Uber.
