We traveled with our extended family, and the check-in process was smooth and incredibly helpful, especially with assistance in carrying our luggage to the room. My elderly mother accompanied us and stayed in the annex, which was ideal as it had no stairs. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a hearty full English breakfast available, along with a Continental choice for my mother. The manager and staff were all very friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable and comfortable.
We received such a warm welcome, and the building was full of charm. My daughter and I stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was simply incredible. The hotel offered off-road parking, and there was a lovely bar and restaurant right on the premises. The breakfast was delightful, and the host was truly exceptional—nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we really appreciated his efforts.
