My wife and I booked a one-night stay here after a long 3-hour drive from the north. The check-in process was a breeze, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly. He greeted us with a warm smile and made everything feel effortless. He even helped carry our bags to our room, which was a lovely touch, especially since not everyone in the hotel industry offers such kindness. The next morning, after checking out, we had a nice chat with him before heading off to our plans. What started as a simple trip to Boston turned into an unexpectedly long and challenging stay, requiring us to extend our visit for two more nights. Each evening, I returned to the desk to inquire about room availability, and once again, we were met by the same friendly gentleman. He recognized our situation and was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His name is Behiery, and despite facing a staffing shortage, he worked tirelessly and maintained a positive attitude, always focused on providing excellent service. My wife has Autism and suffers from ME/CFS, and the care he showed us was truly exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone, not just for the quality of the accommodations but especially for Behiery's outstanding service and warm personality. The rooms we stayed in were spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. I did encounter a minor issue with one of the mattresses, but Behiery resolved it immediately after I mentioned it. At just £54 per night, I can confidently say this hotel is a fantastic choice. The receptionist was incredibly polite and friendly, with excellent communication skills. He sincerely apologized for the unpleasant smell upon our arrival. When we mentioned the odor, he promptly arranged for us to switch rooms. He was also very helpful in providing coffee and tea facilities that weren't initially in our room. The room itself was spotless and felt fresh. The heating system was straightforward to operate. I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking, but I ended up sleeping so well that I felt like I was cradled by the mattress. I would definitely stay here again. The ongoing modernization looks fantastic, and it’s shaping up to be a really comfortable hotel. You can tell that a lot of effort has already been put into improving the place.
