I think everyone knows the saying "you get what you pay for." In this case, this accommodation truly surpasses expectations for a place in London. The rooms I've stayed in are on the smaller side, but the decor and overall fixtures are quite nice. Each room comes with a chair, a small desk, wifi, and a TV. The en suite bathroom was excellent, with clean towels and a good selection of shower toiletries. The room was cozy and warm. The breakfast area is well-decorated, clean, and tidy, and the continental breakfast is fantastic—those muffins and filter coffee are simply amazing! It's a great deal for the price. If you're traveling for work and need a place to stay overnight, you really couldn't ask for more. There's a Wetherspoons just a short walk away for dinner options. Communication was seamless via email for accessing the property outside of reception hours, and the system works well. The reception staff were very helpful. I also appreciated the nice touch of being able to purchase drinks and snacks on an honesty basis at the reception. Just a heads up, you might hear some noise from other guests coming and going in the evening, but it wasn't a problem for me. Finding free local street parking can be a bit of a challenge (I managed to snag a spot), but there's also local Town Centre Parking on Cerise Rd as a backup option, just an 8-minute walk away. Overall, fantastic value!

Peckham is such a vibrant area, to say the least! The cleanliness and coziness of the Peckham Rooms Hotel truly set it apart. We arrived after 10pm, but thanks to the email we received beforehand, we had the entrance password and key locker details ready. The entrance and lobby are beautifully decorated. The Savana Room was a bit smaller than I remembered from the photos, but it was still cozy and featured the most comfortable bed with a thick mattress, along with pristine sheets and linens. The decor gave off a lovely savanna vibe that reminded me of Africa, with terracotta wall paint and thoughtfully chosen pillowcases. They also provided complimentary eco-friendly shower products. The room had a small table, a chair, a wardrobe, and hangers, plus a little cable TV. My daughter and I really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of quality items like organic chocolate drinks and coffee, cooked eggs, bread, muffins, cheese, jam, yogurt, and oat milk. The staff were professional, and when we requested a hairdryer while we were out sightseeing, it was promptly provided, even though the reception closes at 3pm—they're always reachable, even at night! The location in Peckham is convenient, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, making it about a 20-30 minute ride into the city. The windows are well insulated, so even though we heard police sirens at night, it felt peaceful in this bustling metropolis.
